Hi, I am on a journey to eat healthier, lose weight. But most of all be consistent in my eating. I seem to always go over board at parties and in group settings. I would love the support of this group.

I am here for you. It is a long journey that begins with one step and you are not alone. Baby steps. Look at a 5 pound goal at first, perhaps. And then another and another and so on. It helped me. I've lost 65 pounds so far.
