Thanks all! Good thoughts! I do use RunKeeper and try to stick to 1200 cals (my exercise cals are consistently around 350 give or take) I do have those import into MFP, but try not to eat them back - not sure if that's good or bad. Thanks for the advice! I'll keep ya posted!

I'm iffy on the diary so not sure it would help much. I'm 50, 5'6" and currently 179 lbs. Would like to reach 150.
