Yup, wanting to hibernate now. Eat, sleep, eat, possibly cry, sleep more, make it through work days somehow, usually with lots of caffeine, then eat some more and go to bed by 8. What do you mean its time for a holiday party? Oh well at least there will be carbs. My husband just ordered me a light box. We shall see.

Update, 2 heavy lifting workouts into it, I think this plan is for me. I have found a weight lifting calorie burn estimate elsewhere in the net and made a custom burn on MFP, which is higher than the one they have on there (in the cardio section).
