OK, 15 by Halloween would be great but it would also be miraculous. I am losing much more slowly. Today I am 209.2. I estimate that I could lose 15 # (194.2) by March 1st. What I think I can do by Halloween is about 6 pounds, so I will set my goal at 203 it that's OK. 8/8 Start = 209.2, 10/31 goal = 203
