I think Beachbody has amazing products as well. I've done Chalean Extreme as well which has gotten me to the point I'm at now. They have so many other products to choose from so you can pick a program that is right for you.

I think that sounds more like circuit training then strength training. Strength training is more a extended amount of time just focused on lifting weights for example 30 - 45 minutes.

I was going to say the same thing as you. You're right about the sodium. There was a point I didn't realize I was taking in so much of it until I really started looking at what I was eating along with the sodium of it. ;)
