  • They have a coconut flavor one now too but the PB are still my favorite. I keep these and Kashi Granola & Seed Bars (chocolate chip chia seed) stashed in the center console of my van for emergency snacks, especially mid afternoon. But I've eaten them for breakfast too.
  • I use it in place of flour in a Cake in a Cup. You can find cake in a cup/mug recipes online. I replace the flour in the recipes 1:1 with defatted peanut flour (which PB2 is).
