I carry my baby on my back when I am cooking, vacuuming, doing laundry, hauling those clothes baskets up and down the stairs...heck yeah I log it as fitness. I'm usually a sweaty mess when Im done w/ a sleeping kid on my back.

Hi everyone. I am Nicole. I'm 40 and loving it. I am married, housewife, mom of 3 and expecting #4 in July. Im totally a cool kid (see, I said "totally") and am glad to join in. I Just lost 60+ lbs with MFP and still plan on living fit and healthy.

I would follow the BRAC diet. Bananas, rice (PLAIN), applesauce and crackers....until you can keep food down and have a normal b.m. Also as many fluids as you can tolerate. Gatorade or even pedialyte. Good luck and feel better.

I think they make a low fat, lower cal condensed milk. I might try that instead.

I JUST rearranged my bedroom to make it easier to make our bed. Now the bed is in the center of the room so making it is a snap.

I work out when I get hungry and bored. 10 situps, 10 squats, 10 push ups repeat until the greed goes away. It works and my body benefits. Also drink water or hot tea (sugar fress) or you can always come on MFP and find others who are bored. You can friend me. Im a stay at home mom too.
