Congratulations. That is an awesome feeling. I just realized that I am simply "overweight" a few days ago after years of being "Obese" and even "Morbidly Obese" for a time. Keep it going. It's all downhill from here.

I work out M-F from 8:15 am - 10:15 ish. I usually have plain Greek yogurt and fruit for breakfast and then a protien shake on my drive home from the gym. On Tues & Thurs I swim at 11:30 am so I try to eat a bit around 11 or else I have no energy.

I have heard of chair yoga for people with limited mobility. I imagine it would be quite. Try doing a search on You Tube. I am sure it won't make you drop 4o pounds over night but any movement is better than no movement and it may help you to relax and have a better nights rest. Best of luck.
