I did them. This challenge is so interesting. I never realized there were different kind of squats. I usually just did weighted or unweighted. Thanx for the education. Day 5 down.

Weight loss is never linear. Give it time. Your body will catch up and your hard work will be reflected in mirror, on the scale, and with the tape measure. Stick with it.

I drink lots, and lots, and lots of water all the day long. Every day. It helps with hunger, hydration, constipation overall health...Everything.
