I've been doing TurboFire, though I do love it, I seem to get bored easy. I started doing some long walks along with it. I just picked up the 30DS because I heard there is more resistance type training. So I will start that tomorrow!! I'll be trying it for 30 days!!

My biggest issue was I DIDN't EAT!!! I would go until the afternoon before having anything more then coffee. By then, I would be so hungry and binge on items that packed on the weight. I've lost 2.2 pounds since Wednesday because of this program. I was in a plateau for 3 weeks!! I started doing TF and BOOM weight is melting off.. I can't wait to do it every day!

Today is my rest day. I finished day 2 yesterday of Low HIIT 20. I sweat ALL day after i do these. I hope thats a good thing!

I actually am thinking of increasing my calorie intake as well. Its set at 1200 and i've hit a plateau and haven't lost pretty much anything in nearly 2 weeks. I just started turbofire thinking of increasing to 1400 as well.

I have the 2005 series collecting dust now. But I remember it really REALLY was a hard workout!! I thought the woman was tryign to kill me. I am awaiting Turbofire should be here wednesday!!

I wouldn't say I've sacrificed anything. But I had to modify the amount and quantities of my favorite things. I haven't had a hamburger in months!!

OMG I have a friend who just said the same thing to me!! She needs to lose well over 100 pounds, I suggested she do this site with me and she simply said "oh I will get back on the HCG" Forget she probably needs exercise or proper nutrition. I didn't say anything, I think I was in shock.

Sounds like you need to break through a plateau. I see the keyword in your post as 'your normal routine". That might be the issue. Our bodies will self adjust to patterns. Mix up your routine, don't do th same thing anymore. Muscle confusion helps break that plateau barrier.

I'm in the Nashville area, the heat sucks!! I tried to run a few days ago outside and it gave me a headache. I will still go to the gym for now where at least there is air conditioning.
