important to take your resting heart and the maximizer. take your pulse for 15 seconds times it by 4 on each of the rounds. resting heart rate is best taken as you lie in bed right when you wake up. again, take pulse for 15 seconds then times by 4.

Hey all! On day 12 of P90X really enjoying it. first 4 days kicked my *kitten* but now am rolling along. Started July 9th at 225 lbs and now 215 or so. I think more to do with not eating out 5 days a week and having many cold ones lol. I definitely feel less fat and more muscle body wide. I also use Shakeology with my…

Get right in there. Started P90X and am on week 2. Lots of support at teambeachbody.com as well. Get through that first week. You'll see progress everyday. Good luck!

I use a Polar F7 been very happy with it. they have one that is $80 and one that is $109 which I would recommend that one. A touch more over your budget but does more things and can sync in with some gym equipment. Good Luck!
