Las Vegas based. Have been on MFP for over 10 years. Was quite lazy over Covid years now firing the workouts back up. Tony Horton follower. So, you’ll see a lot of his workouts on my TL. Bonus Hawaii pics as well!

Tony Hortons power fitness
As I approach my 3000 day of mfp login time to get refocused. Had been fairly lazy last 2 years. Have done P90x multiple times and was in great shy with it. So signed up for Tony’s new power fitness workouts starting sept 28. Would be interested in friending others jumping into this new program. Good luck to all!

Powerblocks vs resitance bands
You will need dumbbells or resistance bands to start P90X . I did the first week with resistance bands. I lost time looping, right band etc. While economical, I wanted to move on to something better. I spent a morning with coffee and researched and came across Powerblocks. basically 5-50lbs of weights in a 6" x 8" area…
