  • You can add me. I log in everyday and I would love to help motivate you. What helped me is to have my goals posted on the fridge. I also put my diet program on there if you're doing a diet program. Then everytime I saw it on the fridge I made smarter choices about what I was eating. I lost 30 pounds doing this.
