Ditto, I too have at least 5 stone to lose. I'm also concerned that I maybe will be left with loose skin. I have my goal set for a year, losing 1lb a week. Here's hoping :flowerforyou:

I use Firefox or Chrome as my web browsers of choice and never see pop ups or ads for that matter.

There's a group here called "Fitbit Users" http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/1307-fitbit-users I use it too, only had it 3 days and it is amazing. You get an automatic calorie adjustment added to MFP for your activity that can decrease if you don't keep moving!

I have 1 chadult @24yrs and 1 @10yrs old. Have been a SAHM since leaving work to have my eldest! Was ready to return to work when my eldest started secondary school only to fine myself pregnant with my second!

@MommyRobin It's ending up with loose skin that's scaring me a bit, but If it's possible to look as good as you in a year I'll be well happy! I won't be able to afford the surgery though. Looking at your pics and reading your thread did bring a little tear and a lump in my throat. Wishing you all the best, WELL DONE!

I've only just started this too. I usually get bored after a few weeks of trying. I'm hoping using the app and following other posters successes or failures on here will help put a stop to my old habits.

I have found this advice the best I've come across. The method of planning food ahead and logging it in the diary is excellent. To know how many calories you must burn that day [and more some] along with your chosen meals to lose the right amount of weight is a superb suggestion. I have now tried this and it really is a…
