I may be weird, but I just started using protein powder (I got Chocolate Malt flavor) and I mix it with milk (1%) so I end up with a 8oz glass of "chocolate milk" after every workout (mine ends up 230 cals BUT 33grams of protein!). I honestly think I could make a glass and have that be my sweet item of the day lol.

I drink the V8 Fusion Light. 50 cal and 70g sodium per 8oz. I usually only drink it with breakfast or sometimes dinner, but not even everyday. It's nice to have another drink option. I drink plenty of water but beyond that I don't like tea or coffee and try not to drink too much diet soda.
