Sorry about your injury! I was on crutches in HS... after 4 weeks I could do an amazing number of push ups.. it was unreal. Being on crutches is a workout in itself if you ask me lol.

Bed Bath and Beyond sends out 20% coupons all the time. I used one to buy a new scale last week. It's a WW one and I think I ended up paying $26 but it does weight and also measures a few other things like BF%.. not sure how accurate those things are but it's nice to have lol.

I do both... depends on the day. Sometimes I'll plan a day out the night before, but then change something (usually breakfast) if I'm just not feeling what I originally picked lol. Yesterday and today I logged after I'd eaten. I have no logging pattern lol.

Publix grocery stores carry hummus in little individual serving packages for those of you that can't seem to stop yourself when you have a big tub in front of you. Sabra also makes little individual packs that come with little pretzel bites.

Also make sure your scale is actually flat. Floors are always as level as you think. I got a brand new scale yesterday and the first spot I put it down in wasn't flat... I always make sure it doesn't wobble when I press down on the corners before I get on.

I'm 5'7", at my lowest weight was about 145-150lbs.. and I probably could have leaned out another 5-10lbs. It's definitely not an unrealistic goal. At that weight I was a comfortable size 8 and now that I've gained weight back I look at pics and go omg I was so small then lol!! Now if only I could get back to it lol...

Yes, sorry QH x TB lol. He's more the QH body with a TB brain. She just bought her second horse, also an Appendix, who is the TB body with QH brain version. Personally I like them a bit quirky so TB brain all the way for me :o)

I've had exactly one Slim Fast shake... the chocolate variety which everyone says is the best. Approximately 10 minutes after finishing it I had to find a gas station, run to the bathroom and throw up. Never had another one... never want to.

Thin mints straight from the freezer = YUM, has to be one of god's gifts to man. I also like tagalongs... but thin mints are my favorite.. and keeping them in the freezer will not help lol.
