π¨βπ graduation was awesome. My nephew graduated from San Diego State Universityβs nursing program till take his NCLEX in a couple weeks. I am back home. I will start trying to catch up on old posts. I am up to 2 min of planks per day 2 sets isometric holds squats, overhead press, bicep & triceps I worry that I might not be working both heads in the bicep so Iβm doing 2 different holds and 3 different for triceps Plus walking πΆββοΈ 10000 steps last week
