Ooh! I read you can make ricotta from the whey: "Just take the whey and heat it to 200 degrees plus (F of course). If your whey is acidic enough, little specs of the albumen will start to precipitate out once it gets to around 200. If this does not happen, add a tablespoon or two of white vinegar. Once the albumen starts…

^^^THIS...I have heard similar arguments from people who are afraid to eat clean or who do not know how.
-
If your food diary is correct, you are not getting enough calories. You need a minimum of 1,200 a day. Please eat more and you will feel less lethargic *and* lose weight.

Hilarious! I got half through the book and tossed it. Garbage!
-
Congratulations! You look great.

You have a long neck.

Same for me. I looked at myself and thought, "This is NOT who I want to be, and this is NOT who I am!"
-
Yeah, and there is that: You should marry your best friend.
-
For me, the purpose is to find a marriage partner. It can take years of dating the same person before you are sure.

The difference really shows in your face. Good for you!

Wedding tackle! Bwahaha!

My brother ate quite a bit growing up, and he was never overweight. I think the real issue is making sure your son is physically active. Present only "healthy" options in the home and make sure the two of you make time for physical activity. It seems to me that being ravenous is pretty normal for a soon-to-be teenage boy.…

Yeah, it is impossible to find a whole grain rye unless you buy it from a specialty bakery or make it yourself. Harrumph.

Same with ants. You leave a container of margerine open outside and no bug will investigate. Give 'em butter, and they will lop it up.

I think she is gorgeous. Personally, I want to get down to a healthy weight that is still a little bit curvy. I like having curves. I will never be "model-thin" and I don't want to be! :flowerforyou:

Great work! You look like an entirely different person. Congratulations! :flowerforyou:

I am 5'7" but I have the same issue. The last time I lost the weight, I didn't see satisfactory shrinkage of my thighs and derriere until I was within 20 pounds of my goal. It just takes time. Strength training helps, too, but really all you need is patience. :flowerforyou:
