Hello Oranges, I'm doing the squat challenge, so it was easy to remember to get those done, already done 315 for the week, so after today ill have 445 done so far this week( we are suppose to do 350 weekly and not daily right?) hope so:))) also I'm allergic to sea food, what can I substitute? I'm in!!! I've been doing squats at gym with trainer and knees have been painful but I just pushed through. Will try some of the different squats listed on here.

Oookayyyy, let's play nice. I am just an almost 50 yr old woman trying to loose weight:)) I haven't being paying all that much attention to my Macros, just when they are in the red. I'll start though. Or should I pay more attention to calories?
