how much more do you have to lose? for 20 mins a day, unless you're doing highly vigorous exercises that really spike your workout, I wouldn't add any additional food to your diet just yet.

There's nothing wrong with PPI. If the OP has cut foods out of her diet and she still is feeling poorly, why discourage her from trying something new that has a record of success?

if you have ulcers, a change in diet could be helpful, but the medication will help you get better as a diet wont make the ulcers go away.

I don't bother to count calories, which is why I try to limit my consumption of restaurant food. The restaurants I love to frequent do NOT have caloric data on their menus.

Also, try going to a Spanish market or Asian food market. you could get a giant bag of rice and dry beans for next to nothing (per oz)!

I would suggest looking up recipes on pinterest. they have so many pins that link to cheap, easy to cook meals. I love the crock pot.
