1) I spend less money on food because I can't eat as much as I used to! 2) Chocolate chip cookies and pizza just don't have the same appeal as they used to!

6 days a week. I lift for 3, do cardio for 2 (no lifting) and hot yoga on the last day. it took me about 2 months to build up to this schedule. On my lifting days I will also do some cardio (30 mins or so.)
