I'm 4'11 and weigh 166 pounds. I use to be a size 4 in high shool. This is the most I've ever weighed. I'm really worried about my heart. I've had 2 open heart surgeries and 3 cardiac ablations. My weight is considered obese (class 1) my BMI is 33.5. I'm struggling with my weight everyday. Please add me if you want :)
