Vegan ish! Mostly vegan food with some eggs and very little dairy/fish. I have trouble meeting protein requirements some days, so I really have to focus on it to help with weight loss!

Friend me as well! I've been using MFP for a while, but only recently started adding friends for accountability. Also have 10-15 lbs to lose. I'm a 28 year old PhD student who spends way too much time working and eating quick convenience foods!

I'm in too! 5'2", around 125 lbs, GW 115. What's everyone's plan? I'm thinking weights (bodypump/free weights) 2-3x per week, running or cycling 1-2x a week, soccer 1x a week and yoga thrown in there.

Also in week 2 of stage 1! Well done with those heavy squats...I still feel like a lost puppy in the weight room, so I've been taking it easy on the squats (just the Olympic bar) because I'm not sure where all the plates and clips are yet
