I don't know what's up with people, when I started out, I was losing about 5-6lbs. a week, just walking and watching what I ate. The reason why I lost so much is because I was heavier than most. If you have a hundred lbs. to lose, that first bit is going to fly off pretty fast.

That is a good idea. Sometimes I will take a quick hand-full of cereal to snack on, shredded wheat... I need to really get my stuff together, because it's starting to get depressing... and I am not the type to sit around and feel sorry for myself. Thanks so much for your post =)
