Im in 900-1000 cal and cook my own food with lots of vegetables, chicken, turkey, fish and my fruits are strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.   • Keep yourself busy and avoid thinking about food. 1200 cal is not a bad number. Eat 3 meals a day at 400 cal each.
