I spin at least twice a week and I never do a double session.

I never reach the 1400, I always have at least 100 calories left over, but I'm not hungry. I will give it another week and see what happens.

Today is weigh day and I have not lost any weight nor have I gained since I increased my caloric intake. I know that my sugar intake is high but like to eat plenty of fruit. I will keep my calories at 1400 for another week to see whats happens.

I culd not do the fit test and max pylo on the same day, glad I did the fit test on Sun.

Today is the start of month 2 for insanity. I'm excited to dig deep, lol. I did the fit test yesterday cause I was not able to get in my morning run and I was already dressed to exercise. I will post my results later this afternoon. I will be increasing my calories to 1400. I'm down 3 lbs since starting.

You can add a little peanut oil or another nut oil to make it smooth. I saw cashew butter being made on a cooking show and they used walnut oil, I assume the same can be applied to peanut butter

Do you have access to a food processor? You can make you own peanut butter witrh just nuts and maybe a little salt added.

I'm on my second round of insanity, finishing up my first week. I do insanity in the morning before work. Twice a week in the evenings I have karate class, it is not has intense as insanity. I aslo do extra ab work and lower body work with light weights. I don't do an extra cardio or upper body outside of my karate class.
