I really like Jillian's Extream Shed & Shred. It has two levels, about 40 min each that you can do seperalty or together and she calls it a fusion workout. It has alot of different types of exercises.

I have the DVD and for the most part I use a 10lb kettlebell. You can use hand weights too, so if you find that the 10lb is too light or heavy for some exercises you can swap out for the hand weight. For this and most other Jillian workouts I log them as circuit training. Have fun!!

You can go to zumbacalories.com and put in your weight, time and intensity and it will give you an approximation. I think sometimes the estimate is a little high, so I tend to put in less calories then what it says just to be safe. you can actually do the workout with dumb bells too (that's what the modified girl uses), if you don't want to invest in kettlebells right away. Day 29 done today, substituted ES&S for 30DS.... taking tomorrow off to go to zumba and will finish up Tuesday!

Took a couple days off... but started back yesterday, day 28 done!! Zumba this morning, but if I am motivated later I may try to squeeze in another workout. Love the idea of the new group.... I'm gonna go look for it right now!! Have a great day!:smile:

I skipped out on day 27 yesterday to go to a zumba class, but just completed it today! Substituted SIWW for 30DS, it is one of my fav workouts too! Have a great night

I like Jillian Michael's, her Ripped in 30 and 30 Day Shread both have 3 to 4 workouts per Dvd, they are circuit training and all the workouts are about 30 min.
