Just finished day 24. I find it amazing how much my endurance has improved. I completed the whole Dvd with no quick breaks and the only thing I modified was the second set of the moving planks! I am not loosing any weight, but that doesn't shock me, I am just proud that I am getting the workouts in :bigsmile:

Day 21 in the bag! Substituted in ES&S, did level 1 and most of level 2, tough workout! I was pretty impressed with myself...very few of the modifiers! Have a good night!

Just completed day 20. I do believe that BFBM is my favorite workout of this series.... I did get her new dvd in the mail today, think I will sub it in for tomorrow's workout.

I'm still hanging in, haven't been feeling so great like many others. I was able to finish day 17... at this point (with my busy season at work starting) I really doubt I will be able to do 2 workouts a day so I am not going to worry about "catching up" I am just gonna keep trudging along and finish a few days late :smile:

I was a slacker last night after work and homework, I just wasn't motivated. Got up early, completed day 16.... I would like to believe I will get day 17 done later :smile: Time will tell. Have a great day!!

Alrighty, I'm all caught up!! I just finished day 8 and 9, did a little bit of substitution since I do not currently have 30DS. I did level 1 RI30 for day 8 and level 1 Shred it w/weights. Feeling pretty awesome!! Hope everyone has a GREAT day!!

Sooo, I did not workout yesterday :frown: But I am back on the bandwagon, just finished day 6 NMTZ, depending on how the day goes I might try to do day 8 workout tonight to get caught up... I'm not sure that will be possible, my husband got me zumba for the Wii and kettlebells for Christmas and I will probably have to play…

Okay.. forgot to post yesterday, but I did workout....did RI30 level 1. Just finished BFBM for the first time, and can I just say I LOVE the kickboxing circuts:bigsmile: . I really liked the whole workout to be honest :happy: Hope everyone has a Happy Holiday, hopefully I will get a chance to workout and check in tomorrow!!

WOW! Day 3 done for me, first time doing NMTZ... I think my abs and triceps are gonna be sore tomorrow!! :smile: That's ok, nothing I like better then having sore muscels, just means I worked HARD!! LOL. Keep up the great work everyone!! :happy:
