I have a lot of respect for people that can lose fat with this type of issue. Like a ton. Even if you don't have this problem your body is fighting fat loss tooth and nail. I can't imagine how difficult it could be for a female with abnormally low thyroid hormone.

fat free plain greek yogurt has similar macros to cottage cheese. I hate the texture of cottage cheese so I eat fage 0% instead when cutting. Chobani is so sour by comparison.....

The Kitavans smoke daily with no incidence of throat or lung cancer. They also have much lower stress levels than we do and eat paleo out of necessity. This leads me to suspect smoking is not as bad as the standard american diet and lifestyle.
