This is correct. As to the topic at hand, normal milk tastes rotten to me. We have some local grass fed non-homogenized milk that I get sometimes, or I will drink organic valley pasture raised. Anything else literally tastes sour or rotten.

I don't think hardcore bodybuilders eat any sugar when cutting. It's all beans rice and chicken out the wazoo. Have some steel cut oats and do some long slow distance cardio.
