Actually, I went back and burned a few more. I just felt like getting on the treadmill and put in 2.2 miles (306 calories) so that I could end at a nice round 3000 calories burned so far! 500 left. :drinker:

Ugh.. I'm snowed in. So I figured today I would get in a really good calorie burn. (There isn't much else to do other than clean, anyway). So I did 3 workouts, and burned a total of 1057 calories - which brings my total this week to 2127. 1373 more to go!

I have the set.. just haven't done the program as it's intended. I substitute some of the cardio workouts in place of my regular routine every once in a while.
