The 30 day shred is really great and as long as you are consistent, you will see results! Mostly in inches (which is awesome). Thanks so much, guys :) Already you have said/done more than anyone else I know. And thanks to everyone that friended me. I REALLY want this, my hunger for health has definitely overpowered my hunger for junk food many times, I just need that extra push!
