You are doing great! I wish I could make as much progress as you've made. I lose during the work week and then gain it all back on the weekend. I'm really going to focus on my weekend eating this weekend though and see if I can break that cycle.

Set small goals and if you 'fail' one day or a few days get over it and go back to your goal.
