I'm new and you all are helping me so much! I HAVE got to stop eating all the sweets. I do good until around 4 o'clock then it all breaks loose and I can't seem to stop. How long does the time period of agony last until you don't want them any more and all the time? Thank for all the encouragment and fellow sufferers.
