I wore my size 48 (EU sizing) jeans all day, I bought them right after christmas as "soon-jeans". Guess soon has arrived!

There is a pilates category under cardio. I suggest you use that.

I have a 500 ml thermos that I bring soup or stew in. I also have the occasional sandwich or salad. I bring cheese, fruit and crackers for snacks throughout the day. Sometime trailmix or carrots & hummus.

I bring homemade soup in a thermos. Since I'm not on 1200 kcal a day I also bring some fruit, cheese and maybe crackers for snacks throughout the day.

... how about the recipe function on MFP?

I love your progress - I'm 5'9 / 5'10 so really pleased to see what you look like at your current weight, I've had a hard time finding success stories close to me in weight and height. I weigh 105 kg (231 lbs) at the moment and my original goal is to get down to 77 kg (169 lbs). I'm so excited at the massive change in you,…

you can add your own exercises if you know the burn. However I found the following already in the database: - Pilates - Mild stretching - Stretching hatha yoga Core strength and resistance bands aren't really carido IMO so you should probably log them under strenght. Or as calishtenics I suppose depending on what you do.

In the last 6 months I've missed 1 workout due to fatigue, an early morning run that I couldn't face on 4 hours of sleep. Stayed in bed for another hour and half and went running after work instead. Sorted. Where there's a will there's a way - I give my workouts a very high priority.

I tremble now and again. The nice part is when you start to tremble less and less because you're getting stronger!

I do Ashtanga yoga, I do enough of it (around 8 hours a week) that the calorie burn is not insignificant. I don't do any other strength exercises so it helps with building muscles and flexibility and balance is improving tremendously as well. Of course the reason I do it is that I enjoy it. If you like it, continue, if…

I run outside and belong to a yoga studio that I attend 5-6 times per week. I've belonged to gyms in the past and much prefer this though more expensive.

Really the more weight you have to lose the easier it is. I've lost 33 kg since July last year, my BMI has gone from 45.2 (morbidly obese) to 34.5 (Obese Class 1). I still eat lots. I have been using the MFP settings to lose 2 lbs per week and started out with calories I think just above 2000, currently I'm down to 1600…

Awesome!

Maybe you could open your diary? Also when you say you "slipped a little at Christmas" - what exactly do you mean? I've seen some people on the forums who put 13 lbs back on over the holidays - what does your weightloss curve look like?

Bellfield only delivers in Scotland (not sure where you are) but if you google organic veg box in your area/pop along to your farmer's market you will probably find someone more local for you to consider!
-
I will be getting a veg & fruit box from Bellfield organics soon. It's a small box for 1-2 people with 2 lbs of potato, 1 lb each of carrots and onion, a variety of seasonal veg and 5-8 pieces of fruit. It costs £12, additionally I will be getting their organic free range eggs priced at £2 for 6. I've chosen this company…

I believe in meeting my calorie goal on a weekly rather than daily basis. Try to make good choices today as far as possible and exercise a bit extra the next few days to balance it out if you can!

I do Ashtanga yoga between 4-6 times per week, I aim for 5 but on occasion life intervenes. I go to mysore style classes at my studio (drop-in self-practice with a teacher circulating amongs the students). On average my practice takes around 75 minutes during the week and around 90 on Sundays when I have more time. There…

Hm my really high burns are either from Squash or indoor climbing. Long runs do nicely too!
-
Sorry, I don't really have a solution for you. Where and when do you run at the moment? Is there a big park or woodland nearby you could run in? Or could you run in the early mornings? I run around 5am before the traffic gets going.

Personally I find the carb macro too high but can't be bothered to reset custom goals. So I aim to go over on protein and I'm happy to go over on fat and I'm always under on carbs. I'm never spot on with my calorie goal either, usually come in a bit under which balances out the few times I want to splurge a bit extra.

I just decide how many portions it's supposed to yield. For me that typically is 6 servings. It helps that I cook only for myself so anything I don't eat straight from the pot I ladle into tupperware which makes it easy to divide it evenly. When I bake I usually count a round cake to be 8 slices (easy to eyeball) and…

I know how you feel - I've had a couple of tight moments of only just being able to close the seatbelt and then carefully breathe out. When I flew home for the holidays this year I had inches and inches left over and wiggle room in my seat - no squeezing between the armrests here!

261 km of running since taking up the C25K in August. Shooting for 1000km in 2013!
-
That's aweseome! Well done!
-
I think my goal for 2013 is going to be running 1000 km - I currently run around 80 per month which makes 960 in a year so rounding up that seems plausible! And I have a thing for even numbers...
-
Anyone else who's been running in 2012?
-
I want to run further; my goal for next year is to complete a half marathon! I would love more runner friends on here, so feel free to add me everyone!

I just spent two weeks with my parents and they are very supportive, though possibly I have different expectations from you. I will preface this by saying that my family doesn't eat much junk food but we cook with cream and butter and have a lot of desserts and sweets. My parents work out a little bit (Mum does group…
