Haha thanks! I dont think anyone has ever called me tiny before . . . ever! My forearm is 10", my wrist is 6", my hips are 37" and, my waist is 31". I have lost 12 inches around my waist. :D . . . Wow, I just realized my hips are 6' smaller than my waist used to be . . . that was an eye opener!

Thank you! 15-20lbs to go . . . then I will see if I am happy where I am or if I need to lose more.
-
I know. But, it is so hard to be patient! I am very proud of my success so far. Trying to stick with it and not give up even though I am not sure my "belly fat wad" will ever go away!
-
I also wish I could get rid of that wad of fat around my belly button . . . ugh! I HATE looking at it.
-
Thank you for your help! Wish I had resized them so they were easier to compare.

Epic fail!

Thanks guys! :) Lots of hard work was involved. According to fat2fitradio.com in order to be 21% bf (my goal) I need to lose 10lbs of fat. That would put me at 165lbs. I am 5'3" and 165lbs, at that height seems so heavy. I am "big boned", but does that seem even reasonable? Of course it is possible that the bf calculator…

Malibu Rum 51 calories per Oz.! (according to my findings). But, any alcohol can make you gain if you indulge frequently.

Since my whole strech not eating a lot, I find that I do not crave the heavy food with gravy or fried things as much. Thats probobally why I am having a hard time keeping my calories up. I cant eat at the times or as frequently as other people. And, without eating as much junk as I used to, I cant keep my calories as high.
-
I just realized I could have saved all of this bs, if I had just asked my coworkers! Yay for the VT's!
-
I was trying to keep it simple. Then people thought a different thread of mine was a "cry for help" so I started thinking more and analyzing what I should be eating. And, when an anxious person analyzes . . . .

I am sorry my posts cause you pain. In the future feel free to skip over them.

Yes, liquid is always best. Meat is good during the day. But, I cant eat it before I go to bed. It will come up in the a.m. looking the same. I have to wait several hours before going to bed after I eat solid food. I can NEVER eat veggies before bed. I usually take "supper" earlier in the day. I work late afternoon and…

Ok, I understand the concern. To begin with, when I came on MFP they reccomended 1200cal. I thought "Sure, I can do that" and I did. Not realizing it was not enough calories. Then Dad got sick and I did not eat anything but coffee for almost two weeks. Anything solid I consumed came back up. The time between when I ate and…

This post was asking about the activity level of my job. Nothing more. I keep records as accurately as I am able. Sorry if you are dissatisfied. I am trying to follow advice from people as best I can while still staying within my comfort level. Part of my super low calorie intake is due to stress. When I am stressed I…

P.S. If you actually look at the calories I have been consuming I HAVE been eating more. I have gone from 800-1200cal/day to 1200-1600 cal/day.
-
I am increasing my calories slowly. Tryng to increase by 100-200cal per week. I dont want to jump from 1200 cal/day to 2300 cal/day. I cant imagine that having a good outcome. It has nothing to to with believing anyone or not.

Guess its a good thing I asked. I was thinking I was less active. And, have been cheating myself by selecting that on TDEE and BMR calculators.

I am on my feet much of the time at work. There are times when I do not sit at all for up to 16hours. Since it is an emergency facility, things must be done quickly.

I'm sorry. I was not upset in my last post. People just keep saying its not muscle I gained. I am aware of that. I just assumed I was not clear enough in my original post. I really didn't mean to seem upset. I was just trying to exercise clear communication through typing.:) I'm not even "frustrated". I just had questions.…

I am not saying that the 2lbs I "gained" is due to muscle gain. Maybe I was not clear in my post 2nd attempt . . . When I was in college (a few years ago) I went to the gym for 2hrs 5 days a week. I kept this up over several months and developed more muscle on my body than I like. I do not want this to happen again. I KNOW…

I do know the difference. My Father recently got out of the hospital after going into septic shock and a coma. He needs me to cook for him, that was what he requested. And insited I eat some as well. :) I chalk it up to weakness on my part!

I do lift weights. In original post I metioned I use machines with low weight high reps. As well as 30-40 minutes of cardio where I keep my HR above 140bpm. My whole exercise routine takes from 1-1.5hrs. I did not expect to see LOSS after 1 week of workouts, I even less expected to see GAIN. :)

Velveeta is one of my guilty pleasures. I have only had it twice in about 4 months though. So, I do not indulge in it often.
-
I drink 2-3l of H2o a day, easily. I will look into salt alternatives.
-
I teased myself! :D Feel free to tease away!
-
I will try to cut back on my salt intake. Salt is one of the greatest loves of my life. :'(

I have before and during pictures. My body has changed quite a bit! I can deal with the scale going up a couple of pounds but, I am concerned it will keep going up. I am not a very patient person . . .at all! :( I saw the numbers on the scale go up after they had gone down pretty consistenly during my wt. loss journey and…

Even if the majority of my calories are protein?
