my body has learned to tell me when it's hungry. I have learned what my day can look like and still maintain. I dont' log anything -- I let the fitbit do it. I think that "normal" activity is already factored in so some may be adding a calorie burn that is already being counted. I'd rather error in a low burn estimate than over estimating.

for the people who don't like space invaders....this was an idea given to me by a clerk. Keep your cart behind you. Unload it from that angle..that keeps the neck breathers at a carts distance. It's BRILLIANT and works every time.
