all I ever drink anymore is flavored water like propel -- only I mix small amounts of it with regular water. Plus to indulge I have a cup of hot chocolate every night before bed while I am unwinding.... the 25 calorie one from swiss miss.....and COFFEE

MAYBE 1800 on xmas eve....some of those calorie numbers are scary -- if I were to do that even once it would be too easy for me to go back to pre-loss weight

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 pkt of dry italian dressing 2 cans of fat free cream of chicken soup 1 8oz package of fat free cream cheese lightly spray crockpot...put the chicken breast in ...mix the other stuff together and throw on top ..give a light stir...cook on low for 4 - 5 hours..serve over rotelle pasta.…

I'm not giving up my sour cream and onion cracker chips..I don't care what's in it. I live in a town with a major air polluting factory..I am eating the damn chips. I have totally given up the other kind of potato chips for these.

same here..think it's normal...you might be having a bit of water weight..even when it's not that TOM I can tell those water days. I can look in the mirror one day and be ok and the next day it's like WTH!

right now I am at my goal and having trouble not setting a new goal..which I doubt would look good on me..but I can see where to keep losing would be an addiction because I never want to go back to 165 EVER! :(

I get the same thing here....it was simple...eat what I fix because nobody is beating the kitchen door down to take over my duty....OR don't eat it. Either way I'm not losing sleep. I'm happy with the whole package..sometimes mistaken for being vain -- I dig me ..always have ..always will. So I guess I'm going to go with independence and confidence.

net 900 - 1400 calories a day and don't pay attention to the exercise calories. 36 lbs lost and maintaining. It works for me and had excellent lab tests come back and am in the best shape of my life at age 50.

appleebees garlic sirloin, spinach stuffed mushroom and roasted potatoes...NOW if I can find that good of a steak at the store..and get that recipe for under 550 calories I'd be eating that every night.
