what would the point in lying be? it's not like your body won't know if you ate crap or not. I mean I'm sure there are people who don't put it down..but it's working against them

I log everything -- except for coffee...I log my first 4 cups...after that it's like air to me. I even log cough drops on the days I have needed them.

I don't know how "experienced" I am -- only know for me that I take a rest day when my body feels it needs it. If you aren't sore or tired...keep going. I went for 12 days on and 1 day off for 2 months. Felt fine.

^^^ this is how it is for me too. I am now the most healthy I have ever been and at 50 the lowest weight I have ever been...if I want to keep this look I'm going to have to be in it for the long haul.
