if you plan to keep losing check the goodwill stores or second hand stores..you can get really cute jeans there CUTE and work clothes too. I started buying new clothes after I was almost to goal cuz I knew the size difference wouldn't be that much.

in the exercise stuff at walmart they have iphone armbands. I wanted to use the striiv app...but it was using up too much battery and too much data (it would be great for somebody with unlimited data)

just remember lettuce is considered water not a veggie..that's where a lot of people get messed up. I love the activia light. Yeah it's got like 7 sugars but it's no added sugar and I really do feel better eating a 4 oz serving 1 time a day.

mine are about 23.5 and at 50 they are not trim like yours....I've got a little bit of "extra" thigh I would like to get rid of but for the most part I think at my age I'm pretty ok. I am at my lowest weight in my whole adult life...the strongest I've ever been and feel super healthy...and I LOVE MY CURVES.
