if you can find an Aldi's they have great produce I have to put fruit and veggies into the budget..it's just non negotiable. Other stuff is but not that. turkey meatballs with light sauce turkey lil smokies wrapped in turkey bacon sprinkled with splenda brown sugar blend ( we took this to my sisters house not telling anybody they were different...GONE all 80 lil smokies in a matter of 10 minutes

just want to warn you...those 2 there...uh yeah they make jillian michaels cry. Just.sayin. kiddin'/...we are a very serious about this but in it for the fun and friendships too! You won't be disappointed...but be prepared to work hard and shop for smaller clothes harder!

LOVE it!~~ and make it a LOT -- it turns out just as good everytime! btw I used fat free cheese and loaded it with more veggies. It was very low cal and delicious ...even my suspicious diners ate it and wanted more. And it's great for those of us who are not big pizza dough fans.

thank you for posting it. I have also shared it in my group and they too have benefited from it. BTW I have never seen this posted before so THANK YOU for posting it again if it has been. I am working on changing my goals on here now and rethinking my exercise routine!

shake and bake is really not bad. pretty calorie friendly and lots of flavors ..it's the addition to my meal centering around the veggies

I get the triple chocolate jillian michaels from walmart. it's worked great for me so far. I only use it to sweeten up my oatmeal though. Haven't tried it as a drink. I want FOOD when I have a meal not a drink

Wii for exercise = awesome ..it's fun and keeps you moving. The zumba one I'm disappointed in. I am doing wrong moves and it tells me I'm doing great..and moves me into next levels...so it's not real accurate with that. BUT just like in zumba class as long as you KEEP MOVING it's a workout.

Wow! I WISH I would have seen this video in July! I have no freakin idea what to do now. Everything he said not to do I have done :sick: PS I don't compete in anything..just a regular woman trying to lose and get fit and feel like I've totally messed up now.
