i love, love, love her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. i like the Shred but only when i do 2 levels back to back. i use her DVD's 6 days a week generally and am so much stronger. i am IN!! :bigsmile:

still not on the Slimdown schedule, lol!! Friday (day 11 ?) i did level 1 Shred It With Weights, Saturday i rested, and today (day 12 ?) i did Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and level 2 Shred.

i'm sorry your having such a hard time!!! :brokenheart: i've been thinking about you!!! you'll get back at it when your ready and i'll be here when you do. :flowerforyou: yesterday (Day 10), once again, i strayed from the schedule. :blushing: i was short on time after a crazy hectic day so i just did Level 3 shred.

Day 9 complete. but i am WAY off the Slimdown schedule!!! instead of level 2 Shred i did the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism video.

Day 8 but i didn't want to Shred so i did No More Trouble Zones instead. it's getting quite easy!!!

on the days where the workout is level 1 Shred are you all doing anything else? i feel like it's not enough of a workout. last night i added 60 Kettlebell swings. tonight i might add i walk on the treadmill. running is still a no go. bummer.

i "officially" started Day 1 this evening. the jumping jacks killed my hurt leg so i will have to modify a bit. after the video i did 60 Kettlebell swings. :bigsmile:

ok. so i'm not necessarily doing the "Slimdown" as of yet but i have done the No More Trouble Zones the last 2 days. it's the easiest on my leg since it doesn't have as much jumping around. but holy hell i'm sore today after 2 days of it!!!! wowzers!!! i will start the program with the recommended Shred on Sunday of my leg…
