i thoroughly enjoyed No More Trouble Zones!!! i had to modify a few moves due to my injured leg but i got quite the workout and it wasn't horribly hard. i'm quite impressed with myself!!!

i bought the No More Trouble Zones yesterday. i can't do the Shred or BFBM at the moment b/c of my leg. i have to do some sort of exercise before i go insane!!! :frown:

it's an injury unfortunately. i do use Kettlebells but there is also a lot of leg work. :grumble:

we will be at my parents house for the day. they have a. recumbent bike so i'll more than likely hop on that.

oh how i feel you!!!! i have 4 and 3 are home all day. i exercise every. single. night. after dinner. it is the only time i can. i leave them with my husband and go for a run or do a circuit training video. once you get into the routine it becomes easier.

i am DONE!!!! :drinker: i finished my very last day with C25K!!! i ran 3.19 miles in 33 minutes and it felt amazing!!!! i'm so proud of myself!!!

i went and bought this DVD yesterday and worked it in full. holy moly what a workout!!!! i'm sore today but i was expecting worse, lol. i did enjoy it though and was proud i made it through the whole thing without giving up or dying. :tongue:

way tmi here but last week i had my period and a yeast infection at the same time. :frown: but i still worked out every single day!!! you can do it!!!
