I am experiencing something similar. I gained 3 pounds in two weeks, but I have also lost 4 inches. I think this could be due to some muscle toning. Hopefully next week it will show that I have lost some weight also.

I like to eat some cottage cheese with sugar free jello. The cottage cheese contains protein so it fills me up.

I'm 5ft. 4 1/2in., weigh about 223 and wear a 16W in jeans. I find the women's cut is a little larger in the hips and thigh. I am smaller in the waist so they fit my body style better.

I usually drink an Atkins shake. It solves the sweet craving without overloading the carbs and it's a good protein boost before bedtime.

Totally interested. Since school has started back I know I will be facing more challenges with my eating. There are always goodies showing up in the teacher's lounge. I hope joining these challenges will help me become more accountable and less likely to binge on the goodies. :happy:

I like Bandolino. They come in regular and women's sizes. You can find them at Belk. They have a nice amount of stretch without stretching out so bad that they are baggy at the end of the day.

I like the Nature Valley Protein bars. You can get them at Walmart in the cereal aisle. They are tasty and keep me full. I have a fitbit ultra. I really like it. I can check my steps during the day and see if I need to be moving more. It has made me more aware of calories burned and sleep patterns too. I use mine 24/7.
