Yeah it was lightning and raining pretty hard out but it passed quick and I went out on a bike ride

I can't afford a gym membership I used too but I moved and now we can't afford it. It's thunderstorming pretty hard too so it'd be hard to run

This is what I sometime try to do I will sometime cut up apples and munch on those but other times that just isn't what I want or I'm too lazy to go up to the kitchen ( my bedrooms in the basement )

Also when I start losing weight will my thighs get smaller too? Or what's something you can do to get them smaller?

I think one of my biggest problems is eating at night. I will always get hungry because i'm a night owl and am up until around 12-1. But my problem is what I eat. I'll eat whatever is closest and easiest and that's normally candy,chips, and chocolate. Anyone have any tips on how I can beat these midnight munchies

I do crunches a lot but i've heard that if you do those it doesn't really do something. Also whenever I do planks it's always that I somehow hurt myself and my rib area becomes so sore for a couple days. Any idea why?
