Tips for becoming vegetarian

Losing inches but not weight
So I just measure myself and I've only lost 0.1 pounds but I've lost a bunch of inches in the hips and waist. Is this normal?

I want to do the 30 day shred but I don't have weights at the moment. What could I substitute them with? Or do I not need them.

Running tips?
Hey everyone! I have finally achieved and 8 minute mile! This is huge for me as I'm used to doing a 11-12 minute one. I'm wondering some good ways to improve time and distance right now I can run about 0.3 miles before I have to walk. Should I set a time or distance goal? And finally I need some good stretches to do!

Hey all, so I have logged all throughout today but I'm still missing some nutrients. So I was wondering does any one know any food with fats, potassium ( have had barely any all day), vitamin A, calcium, and iron.
