This is what we follow at my bootcamp The original Tabata Protocol requires the following: •5 minutes of warm-up •8 intervals of 20 seconds all-out intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest •2 minutes cool-down But, we do SEVERAL tabatas. We do them as PART of a 60 minute bootcamp.

I did, too. But, life goes on and today is a NEW day! Your body will forgive you - give it lots of water, exercise and whole foods within your calories and it will bounce back. That's what I'm counting on ;-).

I average losing about a 1/2 pound a week. Three pounds a week is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! The constestants on TBL workout hours upon hours a day. You are doing GREAT!!!

Well, I bundled up and went out for a run outside in 26 F weather with light snow. Confession - I did not run 3.1 miles (5k). I ran 2.16 miles. Started wheezing from the cold air (mild asthma). BUT, I ran at a good pace. My garmin gave me an average pace of 9:53/mile. Not lightning quick, but not too shabby. Especially…

I plan on just doing what I did on Thanksgiving. Enjoy the foods, but eat MINDFULLY. If I am full, I will stop. If it's not something I really like, I'm not going to eat it and waste the calories. If I get into chips or pizza I CANNOT STOP. I know, everything in moderation...but, I also have accepted certain foods are like CRACK to me and I lose all self control. I last MAINTAINED for a long time my goal weight in 2000....10 years ago. I last GOT to that weight for a millisecond using a the idiotic (IMHO) Atkins diet in 2007.

Well, that is a random menu - HA! I would stick to some sushi and drink a lot of water all day to counteract the salt of the soy sauce and keep you from being tempted by the pizza. Stay away from the everclear...OMG that brings back BAD memories of underage drinking.
