My middle daughter used to sing along with Rhianna and instead of saying "We found love in a hopeless place" it was always "We found love in a homeless face"..... I still laugh every time that song comes on thinking of her singing her little heart out!

Buy what fits now, you can always take the dress in some but it's much harder to add in to the size of the dress if you don't lose any weight between now and your wedding date! Hope you find the dress of your dreams! Good luck!

Here in NS in 2006 (when I had my last child) the hospital's rule was the child was automatically given the mother's last name and if you aren't married we then had to go through a legal process to change the child's last name to a hyphenated name for both mine and their father's. It was months of paperwork and had cost us…

When I got divorced I didn't change my last name back to my maiden name solely because I couldn't afford it. Here in Nova Scotia it costs approx $1400 to change your name back to your maiden name, on top of the nearly $5000 it had cost me for the divorce and as a single mom it wasn't affordable at the time. When I got very…

Far more muscle definition and definite difference in your posture/stance as well! Amazing to see the difference, congrats on reaching your goal!

I agree 100% anything you can do to better monitor your child's safety is a bonus and as long as there are restrictions in place, then it's an asset to your family. My oldest got her first phone at 7 years old (it was a used bb that I no longer needed on pay per use basis) because she had been sexually assaulted on her way…

My ten year old has her own cell phone, granted it's not an iphone but it is a samsung galaxy III (with restrictions placed on her plan, she has unlimited talk and text, that's it and I can view all her calls, numbers she's texting etc online with my parental controls as well as block numbers) and she does get comments…

If his personality is already attractive to you, try a few dates, maybe you'll like him, maybe you won't but it won't hurt to spend some time getting to know him better!

I know exactly how you feel. For the longest time I knew I wasn't skinny but really didn't see myself as obese. It took a couple of pictures that were less than flattering for me to go "HOLY CRAP THAT'S ME?!?!?!?" I really didn't see myself as being as large as I am, I do carry weight well at 5'8" but the last couple of…

Definitely time to go get properly fitted for a good pair of running shoes. I can't stress enough how important it is that your shoes not only fit your foot properly but also accommodate your stride as well! You'll notice a HUGE difference!

I was working at a automotive parts store and my now 2nd hubby came in looking for a part but after telling me what was wrong with his truck I told him he was looking for the wrong part..... I wouldn't lie for my daughters, but that's my personal opinion. We have a no lying policy here as well and that would actually be grounds for losing cell phones....

Great ideas! Sometimes you have to just work with what your body will allow you to to keep on track! Great job!

I've always had problems with eating at night but I've found substituting the junk food for something healthy (usually plain minute oats with a sprinkle of cinnamon) curbed the cravings and kept me from chowing down on everything chocolate in site! :)

Congrats on all your hard work! No better feeling than shopping for much smaller clothes! :)

I think for most of us this applies.... We are just trying to lose the excess and still enjoy life at the same time :) Personally when I run though, I find the cleaner I eat the better I run & feel and if I eat junk I pay for it dearly because my body isn't used to it!

Sounds yummy... Thanks for sharing the recipe! :)

I always work out in the morning before my kids get up for the day, it gives me the time to get up and moving before my 3 girls decide that I can't have 2 seconds to myself! :)

Congrats on your newborn. It's an amazing adventure! Also HUGE congrats on all your efforts to make it to onederland!

My fridge holds almond milk, 1% milk and condiments on the top shelf, every other shelf on the way down is covered in veggies and fruit (because my crisper drawers won't hold it all seeing as there are five of us) and the meats drawer is full of tofu, cheese and eggs.... Yup not much room for junk anymore!

Honestly, DON'T DO IT!!! Those curls are just too much!
