  • To get a better aerobic workout, pick a weight that you can begin with and do 10-12 reps and then do about 3 sets with that weight (or maybe try a small increase in 5 pd increments). You don't want to do so much weight that you cannot perform the exercise with proper form. That takes away. Go slow and remember to breathe…

  • I am in as well. I will make up for yesterday and get on track. Maybe we could do situps in December!
  • Hello and good luck to everyone. I have been on here now for a little over a week. I had already lost a few pounds before I got on but this is an easy way to track what you eat and how much exercise you get.
