Food allergies are rough. My daughter is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts and some fish. Husband is allergic to chicken. I would try the food allergy network for an egg replacement. We use WOW Butter for our peanut butter. Good luck!

I am not an expert but I think you need to eat the 1500 calories especially if you are not eating the exercise calories. Try it for a week or 2 and see if it helps. Just add 3 pieces of fruit a day and that should get you there .

I like to eat a subway veggie delight salad for lunch. I love vegetables and I can get one no cheese all veggie fat free dressing for around a 100 calories. Then I can eat whatever for supper and it fills me up.

I have been doing curves for 4 weeks now. I enjoy it and inches are coming off. I tried it when I was younger and didn't like it. You have to remember that you control the workout though. If you go slow and don't get your heartrate up then it isn't going to do anything for you. (like most workouts  ) I think a lot…

From your diary I defiantly don't think you are eating enough.

I think you need to open your diary. It would help people to know what is going on.

I would be giving some to a food pantry. :)

My 15 year old daughter is having this problem. Her doctor said to drink gatoraid. She is also underweight. Next she has to see a cardiologist. Maybe you should talk to your doctor again.

Are you drinking any water? I didn't see any on your diary. I would start there and maybe add sodium on your diary to see if you are taking in too much.

I drink fat free hot chocolate.

When I was in weight watchers and that happened it was usually because I wasn't eating enough and my body was going into starvation mold. Try a few more calories next week and see what happens. Don't give up, just try different things until you figure out what your body is telling you.
